Was a banker by profession for 34 years
Due to targets and stress levels lead a bad lifestyle. She Was 110kg, but comfortable with it. One day while climbing rly bridge she had to sit down on the step due to palpitations. Was advised to lose weight, tried every thing from limbu pani to gymming. But the lost weight used to always bounce back. As last option she started with this fitness program of good nutrition and lifestyle corrections. Lost 25 kgs,today @age of 67 runs 5 km marathon and lives a tablet free life.
